FLUMINENSE FC HAS A FANTASTIC TRACK RECORD IN DEVELOPING YOUNG PLAYERS THROUGH ITS ACADEMY. NOW, WE AIM TO TAKE THESE METHODS THROUGHOUT THE WORLD!
Through a new innovative International Program, Fluminense FC offers teams, players and coaches the opportunity to experience the training methodology applied at the Fluminense Academy.
Players developed our academy have transferred to World famous clubs such as:
PLAYERS
Thiago Silva, Fabrinho, Marcelo and Richarlisson have been playing at the highest level in Europe and for the Brazilian National Team. They have all been part of the Fluminense Academy as youth players.
FLUMINENSE EXPERIENCE, YOUR CHANCE TO JOIN FLUMINENSE FC ACADEMY
Fluminense FC is the current U17 National Champion in Brazil and over 15 academy players from Fluminense are playing for the Brazilian Youth National team.

FROM FLUMINENSE ACADEMY!
TALENT ID
Fluminense Youth Academy Coaches will run a 2 day training session to identify talent in each ID venue. The training sessions will consist of exhibition games, skill tests and assessment.
The best players from each Talent id session will be selected to advance to the next stage which is to play with the Fluminense Experience Team at the IberCup in Portugal in December 2021 or at a future tournament in 2022.
IBERCUP
Participants in the IberCup (or at other tournaments) are the best players scouted by Fluminense and selected from the Talent ID stage.
The outstanding performers will be invited to the final stage, a 10 day Training Camp at Fluminense youth academy with the specific age group
BRAZIL
Outstanding performers from the IberCup will be selected to spend time training with the Fluminense FC youth academy.
Training camps are a duration of 1-2 weeks where players will live as they belong to the club. If they catch the attention of coaches, they may be offered to stay in Brazil and live the dream becoming a professional soccer player.
